Spring rolls

2 tsp chopped garlic
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
½ cup finely chopped onions
½ cup finely chopped capsicum
1 cup of carrot
1 cup long chopped cabbage
½ cup boiled haka noodles
½ tsp red chilli powder
4 tsp turmeric powder
4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp tomato sauce salt to taste
Oil as required
Water as required
Method
- First of all, take out the flour in a bowl and add salt, oil and add a little water and knead a soft dough.
- To make spring roll seasoning, put oil in a pan and turn the gas on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and fry till it becomes light brown.
- Now add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, onion and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring with a spoon.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce and salt and stir and turn off the gas.
- Add a little maida to the bowl and prepare the paste. Make small dough of dough. Make thin podis and add spices to the puri. Apply flour paste on the edges and make a roll and paste the edges.
- Put oil in a pan and keep it on the gas, turn it on low flame. Add the rolls and fry them till they turn light brown and the spring roll is ready. These are very tasty to eat.
